Job Duties

Digital Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Create social media platforms for the company, such as Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube, and work alongside the owner on approval for the content.
  • Design digital marketing strategies to generate leads and attract new clients for the company’s internal business operations only; strategies will be presented to the owner for review and consultation prior to execution, with the owner making the final decision.
  • Create content that highlights the company’s expertise in healthcare billing and coding, including blog posts, client testimonials, and email newsletters.
  • Oversee SEO and SEM efforts to drive website traffic, a monthly report will be presented to the owner for evaluation, changes or improvements, and ultimate decision‐making.
  • The employee will perform the duties of the position and coordinate with the owner on major content and marketing strategy decisions, seeking the owner’s authorization before implementing significant actions. All duties will support the employer’s internal business operations, and the position is not that of a consultant to other businesses.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract new clients in the healthcare sector focusing mainly on Chiropractic and Physical therapy.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through email marketing campaigns, social media outreach, and cold outreach techniques.
  • Assist to generate a new line of business with attorney offices who strictly handle
  • Personal injury cases. Pitching services such as medical billing assessment and charges review on their client’s medical bills/charges.
Brand Development & Communications:
  • Work closely with the business owner to define and refine the company’s brand voice and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Develop and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, online presentations, and promotional materials, tailored to the healthcare billing and coding industry.
  • Support the creation of a website and optimize it for better user experience, SEO, and lead conversion.
Market Research & Business Development:
  • Assist in identifying new target markets or underserved areas to explore for future growth.
Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve digital presence and business outcomes.
  • Track key business metrics and report progress toward growth goals directly to the owner.
Operational Support & Process Improvement:
  • Help streamline marketing and business development processes to ensure efficient operations as the business scales.
  • Implement tools and systems for customer relationship management (CRM) to track leads, clients, and communications.
